By pre-ordering and purchasing Kingdom Hearts III for the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One on Amazon.com, American and Canadian consumers will get a free weapon, the Dawn Till Dusk keyblade, to use in the game.
Currently, this exclusive DLC has only been announced for American and Canadian pre-orders of the game, so if you are one of the series loyal players who happens to reside outside of those areas, then it is currently unclear whether you will be able to get your hands on the keyblade.
The DLC will still be given to people who had already pre-ordered the game prior to this announcement.
Additionally, pre-orders of Kingdom Hearts III will net Amazon Prime members (at the time of this writing) $10 in-store credit (again restricted to North American regions). Square Enix’s faith in its ability to draws sales from this area stems from the stellar sales of Kingdom Hearts 2 on the PlayStation 2, where the game sold 2.2 million copies in NA, more than any other area on the planet.
Kingdom Hearts III will be available on January 29, 2019 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and is available for pre-order now.
